Near the end of October I played a live-to-air broadcast in Toronto’s Energy 105.1 studio on Paul the Engineer’s “Paradox” show. The second hour of the night turned out to be a very energetic and techy set, so this month’s promo mix of “BOOM” is my reflection of that style in set.

Starting things off is the massive remix of Ferry Corsten’s Junk by the fantastic Bart Claessen. Following up is my personal favorite tune of this past month: Dogzilla’s brilliant remix of Kuffdam and Plant’s The Ones We Loved. This tune is just fantastic with an excellent build: I really can’t get enough of it and it’s doing some major damage on the dance floors. Ronski Speed comes in to bring in an absolute floor filler with The Space We Are which has been out for a while but I finally managed to get my hands on it. Next on we have a great remix from 2006’s highest mover on The DJ Mag’s Top 100: Sander Van Doorn’s remix of Tiesto’s Dance4Life. Great techy remix of this tune. Rounding things off is Paul Moeland’s (Re:Locate) alias Octagen with Airborn.
