Moby Remix Competition

December 18, 2006

There is a remix competition going on over at Beatport.com in association with M-Audio and V2 Records to remix the 1991 classic tune by Moby: Go.

Even though there is no way I can win anything personally (”contest open only to residents of the United States”) I figured it would fun to see what I could come up with. You can check out a sample of the remix on my MySpace page.

More contest information after the jump.

“Beginning December 7, log onto Beatport, the best place for electronic music online, and try your hand at remixing Moby’s ‘Go’. This exclusive contest will include stems from ‘Go’ for budding producers to manipulate into their own unique version of the seminal track. Once completed, remixes can then be uploaded for voting. The winner will receive an incredible deluxe suite courtesy of M-Audio. ”
